Substation turns 22 this September with a month-long celebration... Not sure if i’ll be going to any yet... i’ve been so busy this month (lots of activities and catching up with friends), maybe i should spend september chilling at home.

11th hour

Earlier this week, i was telling a friend that i have 2 deadlines but just couldn’t get into the mood to work on them (i already have the idea but need to do the execution). She asked how do i usually get into the mood. And i replied: At the 11th hour, maybe?

Sitting in my room, with air hot blowing through the window. It’s still insanely hot today.

i was distracted with the paint work outside my window while cooking. The egg was slightly overcooked but luckily the centre part of yolk was still runny ♡

i bought this fried silver fish from Lamma Island, Hong Kong. It is non-oily, crispy and with peppery flavour. My niece loves to eat it with porridge.
