Hello! i’m back from my Nepal and Central Java trip and to this much neglected blog. Will try to blog about my trip in my other blog if time permits (and before that i think i might need to finish Trekking Mount Rinjani Day 3 first, that was in June!). i’ve got 6 projects on hand to work for now and November. Wish me good luck!
i’ve been thinking of my much neglected (other) blog recently and thought maybe i should start updating again now that i’m not that busy. One of the reasons why i stop updating was also because Blogger once again changed their template/setting and messed up my layout. i was contemplating whether to migrate to some other blogging website then and ended up stop blogging totally.
It’s been 5 months since i last updated but i have no idea where to start... and i know the longer i put it off the more difficult it will be to pick up again. Well, we’ll see...
“Hot cross buns! Hot cross buns! One a penny two a penny, hot cross buns If you have no daughters, give them to your sons One a penny two a penny, hot cross buns” How many of you sang this song when in nursery? i probably didn’t understand... or didn’t bother to think about the meanings for half of the songs that were taught then. Anyway, many of the nursery rhymes have strange lyrics (especially the chinese ones). For example this song, does it mean that if i have daughters, then the sons won’t get to eat it? Or why can’t i eat the buns myself, or give them to my grandma or my friends instead? Alright ignore me, i was just spouting nonsense and i blame it on my headache. i just googled this song and guess what? It says on Wikipedia: “this song is performed to summon satan”. Yeah you’re right.
i guess if life is just sweet like ice cream, it would be boring and dull. So i would say it’s okay to feel troubled some time... furthermore, if you have not tasted bitterness, you probably wouldn’t know the taste of sweetness after all.
Hi guys, it’s been a while, how’s everyone doing? This is already the second week into the new year, i really need to keep my holiday mood and get life back to the norm. Happy New Year! xx
