22 February 2014. Home made Kong Bak Pau (Chinese braised pork burgers), camomile tea

It was crazy, i spent two days trying to renew the domain for 3 p.m. breaks. Apparently, Google migrated all their customers (without notifying us!) to a new billing system and when i clicked on the link from their auto-generated email for renewal, it just couldn’t work (i will save the long explanation here why it couldn’t work, it’s not important now). The frustrating thing was, i couldn’t find any way to contact them – their online support (email and phone) doesn’t include account enquiry if you’re only holding a basic account. Finally, i managed to dig out past years renewal subscription emails, went through all of them, and found an email address for my enquiries to send to. So glad it has been settled.
